Can anyone tell me what Species of Licorice Gourami this is?!

Sorry about the bad picture, but these guys are very very small, and very hard to get on film. I think I took about 10 pictures before I got one that you could even see the fish in!
This fish in particular is about 1 inch long, the other 2-3 are only 1/2 of an inch long, and with quite a bit less coloration on them. (I'm not sure how many I have left as several commited sepuku before I could find my glass hoods to prevent them from jumping, and they are VERY shy fish.) I was absolutely amazed when this one came out to get it's picture taken. |

I think this is the male, but there is another smaller one that sometimes appears to be very black in coloration with red fins (though they may be able to blend in with my drift wood?). There is at least one other, maybe two that are half this size without the brilliant red fins and spots where it's stripes are coming in. |
