the fins seem a little long for a convict... but still pretty.

Yep it is. I've had lots of convicts before. the orange on the belly is eggs. it means she is ready to breed. if you get a male they are prolific breeders and will care for the young. its cool to watch. they'll lay eggs every 2 to 3 months. good luck

My convicts lay eggs 2 or 3 times a month... they breed like rabbits lol but this is definitely a convict.
