Who is he?

I got pair this fish, they are really pretty two, but unfortunately I'm not aware of correct name! I've have been told its Orgus! And they are integral part of my tank though very aggressive, and this one in pic runs behind all the other like a Cop with open fire! gimme name of this fish?

Looks like Scatophagus argus sold around here under the common name "Scat" as a brackish water fish
